the evolution of character loves
i just realized this fifteen mins ago....

i SHOULD HAVE KNOWN i'd change my mind about being a Draco fangirl.

why, you ask?

it's a habit (of sorts).

ever since i was about twelve, i've found blond, light-eyed (usually blue, but i'll take other light eye colors) men attractive. even my first crush was a blue-eyed blond (and no further words about THAT idiot).

though i have no issues with (and have had fangirl crushes) on dark-colored guys. but i almost always go for the blonds.

Voyager's Tom Paris....tried to hide his hurts behind the attitude of the century.
DS9's Odo....a lonely soul who longed to belong--and wanted one thing above all--his Nerys.
Andromeda's Seamus Harper....survived seven kinds of hell under Nietzschean slavery, the poster boy for angsty fics.
and now Draco Malfoy....the arrogant Pureblood with more secrets than you can count.

there's something about blonds, i tell ya....

and i think i need to go to bed, cuz it's 1:10. oy...

Sorry it took so long to get back to you.

Sure you can use the icon, but how about this one instead? I like it better. :)

Whereas I have a thing for taller, thin men with sexy voices and sad or kind, world-weary eyes and a grumpy exterior with a heart of gold. :) Of course, I like smaller, nicely built compact guys, too, with inferiority complexes. Oh, and then there's ladies...

heh i realize now i forgot the word "angsty". that should read "angsty blond guys". i think GH's Jax is the only real exception to that rule, except he has a depth to him when he's alone with people he's close to (i.e. Skye).

sad or kind, world-weary eyes

yea that's what finally suckered me into changing my mind about Odo. worlds of emotion in those blue, blue eyes....and when he turned them on Kira....oy my.... :melts under the desk:

love that icon btw :gigglesnort:

That's what made me fall so hard for Alan after I saw him in An Awfully Big Adventure. Those eyes...

Thanks. :)
